My name is Keirsten Rodriguez, and as a lifelong Highland County resident, I founded Highland Financial Solutions after more than 8 years of experience across many areas of finance, including bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, and both nonprofit and corporate finance.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with small businesses, corporations, nonprofits, and local governments. This experience has given me a strong understanding of how different organizations manage their finances and how important accurate, well-organized books are at every stage.

I decided to branch out and offer bookkeeping services after seeing how overwhelmed many business owners feel when it comes to managing their finances, especially when they’re trying to handle everything on their own. My goal is to provide clear, dependable bookkeeping that reduces stress, supports better decision-making, and keeps your financial records tax-ready year-round.
